Toronto IMATS 2011 Haul!

This blog post is about some of the things I got from IMATS, and had to do swatches to show you guys how they look. This was my first IMATS, and it was amazing I can't wait for next year. =D. I saw a few amazing people such as Enkore and Pursebuzz. I went to a few places, and got a lot of things. I went to Crown Brushes first, and got about 11 brushes then I went to NYX, and got alota things from foundations to lipsticks to blushes and so on. NYX had a HUGE line, we had to wait for almost an hour to pay which sucked =[ but it was worth it lol. :P When I was done with NYX I went to..... I don't remember where I went next :$ but I know the names of the places I went to lol. I went to Royal & Langnickel, Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics (OCC), Nigel Beauty Emporium, and Eye Kandy. =D All in all, IMATS WAS THE BOMB! :)

Sephora Beauty Haul

I went to sephora about 2 weeks ago I think, and rushed to their sale section :P and saw amazing things on sale. Few things that were on sale was Kat Von D, Sephora products, Tarina Tarantino, and etc... :D. I purchased few things on sale from the store and 2 things that were on sale online.

The first thing I got was the Sephora Mineral Loose Powder Foundation. This was something I had to get for my comsetic class. I don't know the original prices for these but they were on sale for about 3$ CAD and the price is JAW DROPPING :O so I got all three colours they had. The pigmentation is amazing as you can see above, they go on really really smooth and the coverage is great.

The sephora liplgoss in citron is pretty good, I'm not a huge fan of it but the smell, and the appllication is great. Its NOT yellow when you apply it on, it goes on sheer and has glitter in it as you can see above.

KAT VON D is the freaking BOMB. I got two lipglosses that retailed for about 7$ CAD and originally they retail for about $18-$20. THE PRICE IS AMAZING. These glosses go on soo nicely, they smell GREAT, I love how both of them have glitter in it. My favourtie out of these two would be Retox because it isn't really transparent you can see a bit of colour if you apply it on a few times.

Another lipgloss that I LOVEEE is Victorian Punk by Tarina Tarantino. This is the only product I currently own by Tarina Tarantino. Its kindaaaa sticky but not ALOT. It goes on great, it doesn't actually look purple on your lips unless you SLAP on a whole lot. The lipgloss is sheer when you apply one coat. (Above - I applied a whole lot just so you can see the colour). This was on sale for about $7 CAD.

LASHES are MUST HAVES. Sephora has BEAUTIFUL lashes on sale. I got my hands on the Glam lashes and the Glitter lashes. They were on sale for about $5 CAD. The GLITTER lashes are GORGEOUS. I LOVEEE GLITTERR!!!

The DUO Eyelash Adhesive (White/Clear) was NOT on sale. I got this for about $10 CAD. I heard alot of good things about this product so I had to get it.

The LAST thing I got was the NARS single eyeshadows. NARS is the BEST. I got my hands on the online sale. They were on sale for $10 CAD each and the original price for the single eyeshadows are $23. Both the eyeshadows are amazing. The pigmentation is awesome, and the application is really smooth. My favourite out of these two would be California because I think this would make an amazing crease colour.

Finger Paints Nail Polish 'Hue Left A Message?'

Finger Paints's 'Hue Left A Message?' is a BEAUTIFUL light pink glittery nail polish. Its the best I've seen so far.

'Hue Left A Message?' is a colour I can stare at 24/7. Its that amazing !!!
The glitter isnt even huge or chunky or anything its just the right size of glitter. =]

Look how GLITTERY AND PRETTY that is. :O :|
'Hue Left A Message?' also has a hint of silver to it.
I applied 3-4 coats and sealed it with a top coat and it didn't even feel rough AT ALL.

Avon Ultra Luxury Eyeliners: Review, Swatches, & Video

Avon is a really amazing cosmetic comapny. Avon has been around for about 125 years. Their products are awesome and the colours are really pigmented. I purchased items from Avon about a month ago not knowing how the products would be but when they arrived I was really happy with what I had gotten. So what I had gotten was the Ultra Luxury Eye Liner, I bought three of them. The names are Midnight blue, Charcoal, and Khaki. These eyeliners are amazingly pigmented, the application is sooo sooo smooth, and they don't break easily. The price is really really affordable, the eyeliners retail for about $1.99 each since its on sale right now or else they retail for about $6.00 each. These are the best eyeliners I've purchased so far and am happy with. =)
